      Linea Group commences trading with the overarching aim of providing the automotive industry with operational improvement and supply chain optimisation consultancy and programme management support.

    • 2005

      Service offering developed for the Logistics, Distribution and Manufacturing sectors.

    • 2007

      First international assignment.
       
      Service offering developed for the Financial Services, Defence and Public sectors.
       
      Support NHS Strategic Health Authority in the deployment of Lean to achieve Referral to Treatment efficiency across the region.

    • 2008

      Training and Recruiting practices created in support of our existing Consultancy practice in order to provide clients with a seamless range of services across the Operations Excellence market place.

      Create a niche in the provision of Operational Improvement and Supply Chain professionals on behalf of Public and Private sector clients.

    • 2009

      Support consultancy company to deliver corporate turnaround programme.
       
      Development of Affinity5 operational management system.
       
      Management of cost improvement programme for NHS delivers savings of £25.5m.

    • 2011

      Development of a leading Continuous Improvement and Lean Sigma Certification programme for local government organisations.
       
      Managed Services provision added to our existing service offering.
       
      Development of the first NHS framework comprising ten facilities management services achieving savings of £44m for a consortium of four NHS clients.

      Awarded preferred supplier for the Public Sector via The Government Procurement Service and Health Trust Europe.
       
      Received a national award for our procurement work within the Public Sector.
       
      Approved partner of the Business Growth Hub for the supply of Operational Improvement services.

      Approved training partner for the Institute of Supply Chain Management.
       
      Awarded central government contract to develop and deploy innovative organisation wide continuous improvement programme.
